സാഹിത്യമല്ലാത്തതായി ഈ ലോകത്ത് യാതൊന്നും തന്നെയില്ല .ഒരു പക്ഷിയുടെ കരച്ചിൽ പോലും സാഹിത്യമാണ്. ആ കരച്ചിലിലുള്ളത് ശബ്ദമാണ്. ശബ്ദം ഒരാഖ്യാനമാണ്. ആഖ്യാനം അർത്ഥത്തെയാണ് തേടുന്നത്. ആ ശബ്ദം കേൾക്കുന്ന ഓരോ വ്യക്തിക്കും കവിക്കും എഴുത്തുകാരനും അതിൻ്റെ നരേറ്റീവ് ഓരോന്നാണ്. അങ്ങനെയത് സാഹിത്യമായിത്തീരുന്നു. അതേസമയം അത് മൂന്നാം കണ്ണിന്റെ വിവരണവുമാണ്.-എം കെ ഹരികുമാർ
